Clover slash cutter. Cut straight and curved designs using one of two cutting heads provided. Want to make your own multi-layer chenille? Here is the tool for you. It cuts through a single layer of fabric or multiple layers with ease. It has a protected rotary cutter - size 28mm.

We made a crib size chenille comforter using one of these tools and found it fun and easy to use. What a beautiful design it was. And a warm and colorful quilt it made.
