If you feel our product(s) have not lived up to your expectations, simply return it for an exchange or a refund. When you return the item(s), please send an e-mail to contact@beehivequilts.com indicating your reason for returning the item(s). We will send you a return merchandise agreement number (RMA). Please package the product(s) in an appropriate manner (preferably in same packaging materials it was delivered in) and include the packing slip you received with your purchase. Be sure to write the RMA on the packing slip. Take care that the package(s) are properly secured and insured. The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment. A charge for the exchanged product will be charged at time of shipping. Please do not send the package C.O.D., as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D. Credit card refunds will be reflected on your billing statement within one billing cycle.
